Join in for Monthly Reiki & Meditation Circle
Join me for relaxing monthly group sessions of Reiki and Meditation.
Each session is a personal journey within our shared space, offering restoration, connection and energetic balance.
As well as guided meditation to help quiet your mind, you’ll receive a Reiki chakra alignment, while the group benefits from the flow of collective healing energy. To round off your experience, you’ll also receive a calming individual sound bath with a singing bowl, played directly over your body.
