Terms for Reiki Training Courses
– A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
– Full payment must be completed one month prior to the training.
Cancellation Policy and no shows
– Rescheduling or cancellation must be requested 4 weeks prior to the course start date by notifying us via email. Refunds can then be issued for payments made, minus the deposit and an administrative fee of £25.
– Cancellations within the 4 week period require full payment, unless your spot can be filled or you can transfer to the next available course, subject to availability and course confirmation, with applicable fees.
– No refunds or transfers are possible if you don’t make it on the day (other than extenuating circumstance).
Extenuating Circumstances
– In cases of serious circumstances such as bereavement, illness, or accident, a doctor’s letter is required for consideration of transfer to the next available course.
– Transfer will be subject to our discretion and will incur administrative/supplementary fees.
Additional Notes
– Full course attendance is mandatory.
– In the event of rescheduling, you will be automatically transferred to the new dates.
– If the training is cancelled entirely, all payments, including the deposit and administration fee (if applicable), will be refunded.
Terms for Reiki in person
By having Reiki with Heidi…
I understand that Reiki is a relaxation and stress reduction technique. I acknowledge that treatments administered are only for the purpose of helping me relax and to relieve stress and enable healing. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a medical professional. I further understand that Reiki treatments received from Heidi Lerner Rearden are not to be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment. It is recommended that I see a healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have.
I also understand that Reiki is an energetic healing methodology, which involves the laying on of hands. I understand that I will be fully clothed during the session and experience a series of hand positions on and/or above my body.
I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
I understand that my practitioner will provide Reiki treatment for me at my request and is not responsible for the outcome of the Reiki session.

Preparing for Your Session
Have a quiet place ready for enjoying your Online Reiki or Mediation without interruption. Have your phone and computer set to silent.
Either lying down or seated comfortably, have a blanket close by and a glass of water for after your session.
Understanding Reiki
